Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If you need additional assistance, contact our customer support team.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and take photos to help us resolve the issue.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
